What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture and decor?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Large furniture items may require additional scheduling via our white-glove delivery partners.
What is your return policy for homeware items?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, textiles like bedding and towels cannot be returned once opened unless they are defective.
Are your artisanal ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic collections are dishwasher and microwave safe; however, we recommend hand-washing items with gold leaf or delicate hand-painted glazes to preserve their finish.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Luscious Homewares ships to the continental US, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and import duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
